The pageant is open to K5-12 Graders who are residents of Trussville and/or students enrolled in Trussville City Schools.

Elementary School Division: Mini, Tiny, & Little Miss Hewitt will be crowned. Additional awards for Most Photogenic and People's Choice.

Middle School Division: Jr. Miss Hewitt will be crowned. Additional awards for Alternates, Most Photogenic, People's Choice and Miss Congeniality.

High School Division: Miss Hewitt will be crowned. Additional awards for Alternates, Most Photogenic, People's Choice and Miss Congeniality.

*All award winners invited to ride in the Trussville Christmas Parade.*

Registration deadline is November 7th

Fee is $10 per photo submitted. Photos must be 4x6 or 5x7 (no frames or portfolio books). Contestant name and grade must be written on the back of each photo. 

*Entries must be postmarked by November 7th or turned in at workshop.*

This is a “semi glitz” pageant (a variation of a glitz and natural pageant). Contestants can wear makeup, but the makeup must be age appropriate. Floor length gowns with or without rhinestones/sequins. 

For the Opening Number (grades 6th-12thonly), we want the girls to show their Husky Pride while dancing to Carrie Underwood’s “The Champion!” Outfits need to be Hewitt colors and what the girls feel represents Husky Pride to them. Examples: athletic wear, sports uniforms, rhinestone/sequin pieces, short dresses. Something in their closet! 

Thursday, November 13th: Middle School @ 2:15pm; High School @ 3:15pm

-Opening number & introduction run through (It is okay if you cannot attend. This will be easy, plus a video will be emailed the weekend before). 

-Walking practice

Friday, November 14th: Elementary School walking practice @ 3:15 pm 

K-5thgrade check in at 12:00 (one adult only allowed backstage per contestant) 

5th-8thgrade check in at 3:00 (one adult only allowed backstage per contestant) 

9th-12th grade check in at 6:00 (one adult only allowed backstage per contestant) 

NO EARLY CHECK IN

Pageant admission is $10. Children under 5 are free. One adult is free per contestant.

Doors will open 30 minutes before each pageant.
